I don’t know if it was just me, but the color looked really different in person compared to the photos. I was expecting it to match the pictures a lot more closely, so I was surprised when it arrived.

My order showed up in this super plain box with barely any padding, and the item was just sitting there like someone had tossed it in last second. For the price, I expected it to feel a little more premium, but it gave me that “they’re definitely cutting corners and hoping nobody notices” vibe.
The box was dented too, so the whole unboxing experience felt kind of off from the start. I’m not saying there’s some big packaging cover-up happening, but it really did feel like the presentation was an afterthought and no one cared much once they had my money...

The exchange part was easy and smooth, so no real complaints there. The return just took a bit longer than I expected, and support didnt get back to me very fast. Overall it was okay, just a little slow.

Support got back to me quickly, which was nice. I’m not totally sure if it was a real person or some automated reply at first, but they did answer my question faster than I expected

I was impressed with how nice the designs look in person. The pieces feel really unique and not like the same stuff you see everywhere else. If you’re looking for something a little different and pretty, I’d definitely say give these a look.

I’ll admit, the stuff I ordered is really cute and I do like it now that it’s here. But the shipping took way longer than I expected, and the tracking updates were slow, which got annoying. I guess it worked out in the end, but I’m not sure I’d be in a hurry to order again

I found two dresses I really liked, but of course both of my sizes were already sold out. I kept checking around for restock info, thinking maybe I just missed it somewhere, but it wasn’t really clear. The clothes are cute, and I’d buy more if I could actually catch things in stock… it just gets a little frustrating after a while.

I really do like the quality, and everything I’ve gotten has been super cute. The prices do feel a little high to me, though maybe I’m just cheap? I’d probably wait for a sale, but when it’s discounted, it feels worth it.

I had to wait a few days for my refund, which was a bit annoying, but I guess that can happen. Support did get back to me, and the money eventually showed up, so overall it was fine.

I tried ordering from cultgaia.com and the whole thing was kind of a hassle. The pages were loading super slow, my cart kept doing weird stuff, and checkout just didn’t feel smooth at All. I had to refresh a couple times and even after that I wasn’t totally sure if my order actually went through right. For how much their stuff Costs, the website really should work better. definitely not a great experience.

The delivery showed up right on time, which I appreciated. It was quick and everything was fine, but I still had to stay on top of it and make time to be around, which felt like more effort than I wanted...

I thought this bag looked really cute from the photos, but once it arrived it felt way cheaper than I expected. The material scratched almost right away, and the handle doesn’t feel sturdy at all. I’m also annoyed because the description wasn’t very clear about the quality or what the material would actually feel like. For the price, I expected a lot better.

It’s not a terrible dress, I just expected it to feel better for the price.
